Welcome to Skinnroots. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • Skinnroots is an online platform offering skincare and personal care products.
  • By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing under parental supervision.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Usage

  • All products are for external use only unless specified otherwise.
  • Product results may vary depending on individual skin type and usage.
  • We recommend a patch test before using any product.
  • Skinnroots is not responsible for adverse reactions due to improper use or undisclosed allergies.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
  • We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other payment methods supported by Razorpay.
  • Skinnroots does not store or have access to your complete payment details.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier partner.
  • Delivery dates and times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Due to the hygienic and personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • Products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Replacements are considered only if:
    • A damaged or defective product is received, or
    • A wrong product is delivered
  • A mandatory 360-degree unboxing video is required for any such claim.
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 9970503370.

6. Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.
  • If a prepaid order is cancelled by Skinnroots, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
  • In case of RTO (Return to Origin), the order will be re-shipped. Refunds are not applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos, product descriptions) is the property of Skinnroots.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Skinnroots shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
