Mandatory Unboxing Video
For any damage, missing item, or wrong-product claim, a 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:

Clearly show the unopened package

Continue until the product is fully revealed
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

In case of RTO (Return to Origin), the order will be re-shipped. Refunds are not applicable.
