  • While we aim to deliver at the earliest, delivery dates and times are not guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic and personal-care nature of our products, all items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.

A replacement may be provided only in rare cases, such as:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product, or

  • You receive a wrong item

Please allow 3–4 working days for us to review and respond.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

For any damage, missing item, or wrong-product claim, a 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Clearly show the unopened package

  • Continue until the product is fully revealed

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
  • We do not offer refunds.

  • If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • In case of RTO (Return to Origin), the order will be re-shipped. Refunds are not applicable.

Additional Information
  • Exchanges or refunds due to shade preference, fragrance preference, or skin reactions are not applicable.

  • We recommend conducting a patch test before use.

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.

  • The company reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
